Office Profile

Carol Collins, Deputy Collector, began working in the Collector’s office in March 2007. Carol designed and published the website, and she now maintains, and updates the website with timely information, which is a new feature and service of this office. In addition she also handles taxpayer relations, office correspondence, payments made by mail, and record keeping for the Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale. Carol was previously employed by Drury University for 12 years prior to coming to the Collector’s office and has been a resident of Pulaski County for a total of 18 years.

Beth is the Chief Deputy Collector and she began working in the Collector’s office in March 2007. She works with the Pulaski County Tourism Bureau by collecting fees from the lodging facilities in this area as well as coordinating and processing tax payments from escrowed accounts held by mortgage companies. Beth handles office correspondence, taxpayer relations, forms and information necessary for the Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale and the online “Lookup Real Estate Property Information” site. Beth was employed in the Waynesville School District for 23 years prior to coming to work in the Collector’s office. Beth is a Pulaski County native.
